Eyriche Cortez worked for seven years as a writer/segment producer of Magandang Gabi... Bayan, a multi-awarded, investigative TV program aired over ABS-CBN Channel 2, a major network here in the Philippines. 

With MGB anchor, Kabayang Noli De Castro, his wife Arlene, fellow writer-segment producer Cora Santos and cameraman Ed Tria.

Before that, he worked as a researcher and as a writer for the Wanted and Mission Exposé segments of TV Patrol, the flagship news program of ABS-CBN.

That's where he honed his writing skills. He also learned to look at issues from different angles. 

Fourteen years ago, he resigned to pursue his call to teach the Word of God in all its simplicity, practicality and authority.

He is one of the equippers/trainers of WorldTeach Ministries Philippines, the international arm of Walk Thru the Bible Ministries. He teaches and trains other to teach its powerful, lifechanging seminars such as Solving the People Puzzle, Teaching With Style, Teaching for Lifechange, Seven Laws of the Learner and Seven Laws of the Teacher. In addition to that, he facilitates leadership workshops and teambuildings for companies, churches and other organizations.

He also works as a social media consultant. He is a regular contributor at Digital Spidey and Pinoy Travel Blog. 

Thrice already Sermon Central featured him as a contributor (April 2007, March 2008 and June 2008).

He also wrote the Power Tips for Teaching, Power Tips for Writers, How to Correctly Handle the Word seminar and Salita...Ituro Na (Intro to Bible Interpretation and Preaching) seminars.

He taught Bible subjects as a faculty of the Conservative Baptist Seminary Asia and of the Evangelical Leadership Institute Asia.

For almost ten years, he was one of the radio Bible teachers for the Tanglaw sa Landas ng Buhay radio program of Back to the Bible Philippines.

He is now serving as a pastor at Filinvest Community Christian Fellowship in Batasan Hills, Quezon City. He previously served as a pastor in LifeSource Christian Church in Valenzuela City, in Makati Gospel Church in Makati City and in Capitol City Baptist Church in Quezon City.

He graduated with an AB Communication (Major in Mass Communication) from Far Eastern University. He is also a graduate of the Global Proclamation Academy of the Ramesh Richard Evangelism and Church Health in concert with Dallas Theological Seminary. He is now pursuing his Master of Divinity (Major in Biblical Studies) at the International Graduate School of Leadership.
